Content submitted to the Feed, Board, or other public areas of the Platform may also be visible to other users or the general public.

You should carefully consider what information you choose to make publicly available. Do not submit personal information that you do not want to be publicly displayed.


6. Photographs and User Content

Photographs, projects, profile information, posts, descriptions, and other content you submit to Floto may be displayed publicly as part of the Platform.

You retain ownership of your photographs and other intellectual property. Floto does not claim ownership of your User Content simply because you upload or submit it.

By submitting User Content, you grant Floto the rights described in our Terms of Use that are reasonably necessary to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, promote, maintain, and operate the Platform.

7. Payment Information

If you purchase a membership or other paid service, your payment may be processed by a third-party payment provider.

Floto generally does not directly store complete payment card numbers. Payment information may be collected and processed by the applicable payment provider in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.

Floto may receive limited transaction information, such as payment status, transaction date, membership type, and other information necessary to manage your purchase or membership.


8. How We Share Information

We may share information when reasonably necessary to operate and provide the Platform, including with service providers that assist with:

  • Website hosting and infrastructure

  • Account and membership management

  • Payment processing

  • Analytics and performance measurement

You may continue to receive transactional, account-related, security, or other essential service communications even if you unsubscribe from marketing communications.
